Shocking Service

Shocking service by Openserve. We have had a fibre connection for a number of years with very few problems. That is until yesterday. While their technicians were working on a the fibre box across the road from us sorting out another fault our internet went down. Clearly they did something to make that happen. The promised to sort it out. Instead they disappeared at the end of the day saying they had run out of time and would fix the problem first thing in the morning. Both my wife and I work from home and my daughter, a UCT 3 year BSc student is studying from home and has an online exam today for one of her majors a subject she is aiming for a distinction in so she can do honors. A wee bit stressful without an internet connection a few hours before the exam is due to start. So far no further response from Openserve at all.
