Shocking Service and ZERO connection

No response to tickets, no resolve to connection issues, no feedback, no service, NO INTERNET all the time. I cant even make Whatsapp calls. Connection forever drops. No assistance. Its just bad bad service. And its a service we have to pay for, its not free. You really need to attend to your customers and help resolve their connection issues. Very bad.
