Shocking Service

Internet goes down (Red Light on Pon terminal) Phone my ISP they report it to openserve, openserve take 4days to come out. They get to my house look at the router and say they need the splitting team to come out. 2days later they work outside my house. Then leave no communication nothing. Phone my ISP the next day isp says openserve closed the ticket as completed. Have to start process from scratch again. Currently 8days without internet. No communication from openserve at all
