Service: What service? Pathetic beyond words

I'm absolutely shocked at how pathetic Openserve's service delivery is. Not to mention that it is basically impossible to get in contact with anyone there except to speak to a useless BOT or send an email to their info line hoping for a response. No accountability whatsoever. I've been waiting for them to contact me about my new installation and haven't heard a peep. It's coming up 3 weeks in a few days and still nothing. My fiber service provider seems to be just as clueless and useless. And unfortunately for me, Openserve is the only ISP covering where I stay, so I'm up the creek without a paddle no matter what I do. Only option is to spend a lot of money on Cellphone Data. Well done Openserve for reminding me why I actually didn't want to come back to South Africa in the first place. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Keep your fiber. I'll just move to a different location where other providers are also able to assist.
