Service Thank you

Only reason I'm writing this is because of the exceptional service I received from Raman Nagooroo and Kathy Makhubele (apologies if I got it wrong). I appreciate the help you gave me today. I have been struggling with a password query for 3 weeks, and I received no joy from Openserve till today. It is people like Mr Nagooroo & Ms Makhubele that would make me recommend Openserve. How you went out of your way to ensure that my query is resolved, what others couldn't assist with for weeks, it took one telephone call FROM Mr Nagooroo. Thank you for showing your great example of service. Words fail me right now!
