Service provider with no service

So I have been a client of openserve for a while and I have to express my utter discust with this service provider we have been charged every month with the full amount which they ask for their service and we only get internet half of the time. After countless calls and amounts of money being spent on airtime and data because you have to log a ticket for them.to provide you with assistance for the internet I am paying for. Not once has a manager contacted me with an explanation for all these interruptions in their service. Furthermore no effort has been made to reimburse me for all the money that has been spent to get them to provide me with the service that I am paying for.I will strongly recommend that you as a paying person for a service NOT to use openserve because you will pay for something that you are not getting.
