In June 2017 I app**** to have fibre installed at my address in Lynnwood Ridge after seeing on the coverage map that Fibre is active and available at my address. However since then there have been countless attempts from Openserve Subcontractors to install the fibre line only to find out that there is no available infrastructure to get from the connection point to my property due to the layout of our block. Each and every time I have asked the subcontractors to please contact your planner or project manager and get them to contact me so we can find a solution to this problem for both myself as well as my neighbours in my block that are not able to get fibre installed due to lack of infrastructure. After all these attempts, nobody has contacted me yet and its now been 7 months since I app**** for fibre.
