Open serve , customer service has gone down. I called the help line *** just to find out when the cable department will come out and fix the box so Afrihost and activate my line I am waiting for more than 7 days now.

They cant provide you with any updates, all they say is I must wait for someone to come put. Its so pathetic. What makes me even more angry its a service that I am paying for.. and yet I must phone everyday to get the same answer.

The owners of openserve must really look into this service there employees are giving paying customers
