Selling me a product that you have no infrastructure for!

Accepted my fibre order from Afrihost, came to install the line on the 2nd March 2018, cables and everything installed. Line does not work. Tells me 5 days to get someone to activate the line at an exchange. Now the end of the month and absolutely no feedback provided. My business is already moving into the premises and we have no internet at all for a software development business. Do you want me to sue for loss of income due to accepting an order, installing lines and then not providing any ETA or feedback at all. In this month that I have been waiting I could have had an alternative internet connection sourced but now it's too late, I'm already moving in!!!!!
