Sarcastic Virginia from OpenServe

If I could give OpenServe half a star for customer service, I would. One of their representatives has just called me about installation of fibre at my house.

Seems the simple questions that I asked, seeing that I was new customer annoyed her. The way she was sarcastic and the way she ended up laughing at me prompted me to cut our conversation short. Very disappointing.

OpenServe, please train your service representatives otherwise you will end up losing customers.
