Ruined my paving

With their new installation in Naturena area the opened the paving on my drive way and did an unsatisfactory job of reinstating. Whenever it rains there’s a well of water in front of my gate.They also installed a pole inside my yard without my permission. I spoke to the people on site for reinstallation of my paving to no avail.
