Rude technicians. Tardiness.

Was supposed to have internet installed 2 days ago. They arranged a day and then no one pitched. And then they pitched the next day only to give me 50 excuses as to why they cant install the line today and eventually shout at me because I wont accept their excuses. I do not appreciate being shouted at by anyone. Get your stuff right. Stick to your appointments. Teach your technicians basic communication skills.
