Ridiculous service and communication

We ordered an openserve line. When speaking to a consultant, they asked wether they could come on a working day afternoon. We told them that we would be at work and would prefer the weekend, so they said that they would be at our place on Saturday to install the line. Saturday came and went with not as much as a phone call or sms from them (nevermind them actually pitching up). We then went to their website(no customer care consultants available on Saturday which makes ZERO sense since they operate on Saturdays?) and saw available booking times for Sunday morning. We booked the 8-10am bracket. It is now 9h28am and they haven't come. When we went online this morning to check the status of the order, they had moved their bracket from 8-10am to 8am-4pm. This was done without lettings us know about it. Now we have to sit in the house the whole weekend waiting for openserve and we're not even sure if they're actually coming. Ridiculous service.
