Refuse to fix my wall when there poll broke my wall.

Openserve poll where the fiber is on in the streets fell and broke my wall. They came and fix there poll but not my wall. After months of up and down they say I must get quotes for wall, I didn’t break the wall there poll did and I don’t have time to call around meet people at for quotes. Like they fix the poll they could have fix the wall as well. I have pictures of this before and after the poll was fix and my wall was left broken. I am sending this to my lawyer for the damage to openserve.
