Really bad service

Since inception of fiber on 15 July 2021 we have had endless problems. Constantly calling the contact service dept and complaining about the network dipping it gets closed. After the 3rd time the damn contact cente agent (Nicolas) keeps laughing at me as of what I am saying is a flippen joke!!! So I am supposed to pay the call out fee after complaining about the same thing 3 times. WHY AM I HAVING TO DEAL WITH such IDIOTS!!!!!
