****py undeliverable unacceptable service once again

Not very satisfied. 4 days without internet and its engineers cannot even fix a problem and deliver a satisfactory service when they say they should. Ill be suing Openserve and its technicians responsible for not fixing my internet problem asap and keeping to their expected time of resolution. This goes against their own policy. Ive considered alternatives whereby Telkom/Openserve is not required to give me the kind of business and home service required.
