Unürpfessional and dissorganised, tool 3 weeks of constant back and forth to get a line, they cant read email for dates and times, they install the line and bend the fibre on my house then expext me to wait 48 hours for a technician and bear in mind the line only worked for a week, pathetic beyond belief.
