Putrid service from providers

The below is a complaint I put today on for Vodacom . My wife has a fiber contract with them. Since Sunday our wifi has been down. Vodacom confirmed from the call center that it was an openserve outage. After numerous calls to the call center since then , last night we were advised that it was already handed to openserve. As at today when calling Vodacom they said that it's is an openserve issue and that the query was handed to them. It is now four days that we have no wifi. This is ridiculous service from Vodacom as well as openserve.

Good afternoon. Just an update. After my last message some one from Vodacom called me after 5 minutes. Had to explain everything again. He took the reference number and said he will call back. Till now no call back received. Last night my wife called the call center and the lady said that it was given to openserve. Till now no one has come out. This is putrid service. We are without wifi since Sunday. I will consider changing providers and will definitely name and shame Vodacom on all platforms.
