Prompt and excellent service

Openserve (with Afrihost as my internet provider) installed a fibre line to my home in October 2017. The line was immediately operational and I had no problems with it. In January 2019, builders commenced extensive renovations at my home. In the process, they completely trashed the fibre line. Openserve visited within 2 days of my request to re-install the line, did so without a fuss and to specification (through conduit we provided), and, furthermore, did not charge us for this service. I am impressed. It's quite rare for a company these days to provide excellent and fuss-free service.
