Problem with my installation.

I have been waiting for installation since the 7th of august 2025 and today is already 8th of september. We moved to a new place and the new place do not have vodacom lines, decided to go with openserve through vodacom and i have been phoning atleast 8 times for answers and still no installation, absolutely bad service and still waiting for the installation to happen.
