Prepaid voucher refund

I bought a prepaid fibre voucher online,paid for it. But it was never loaded on Monday the 2nd of March 2026.i logged a call with Telkom they asked me to contact openserve.on Tuesday the 3rd i bought another bundle it was loaded. Now they taking me from pillar to post..they dont want to refund me for the bundle that not loaded..the ser8s bad..you cant call these people queries are never resolved..I want my money back
