Poorest customer service in history - simply unacceptable- Stay away

Since Openserve have come to install our wifi in September they damaged a water pipe in the garden. After we called a few times they sent their technicians and said the problem was fixed. Weeks down the line we realized that the area they dug up remained wet at all times and the water bill was exorbitant every month . When they eventually came to check again they failed to do a thorough check and just claimed they dont see anything wrong. Its obviously been months now dealing with these continuous water bills . So we have been trying to get them to back and do a thorough check and they just seem to have disappeared. They don’t return phone calls or emails or anything. This is the worst and most expensive customer service i have ever experienced. The lack of customer service is astonishing.
