Poor Workmanship

I am completely and utterly upset with the way Malesela and his co-worker is handling the installation for my fibre line. Apperently the installation could not be completed on the specified date and Malesela would have come back the following day (07/09/2017) to finish the installation.

It was agreed with Malesela that he will notify me once they are en-rout to my house to finish the job, not when they stop there. I work 15 minutes from my house and in that 15 minutes Malesela drove off, he does not answer his phone and I am left in the dark.

The line installation is also not correct as the line is hanging to low over a footpath and will strangle a person if they do not wacth out for the line.

This kind of workmanship is completely un-acceptable and has to be dealt with.
