Poor sevice quality

Frustrated with quality of service from the open serve technicians

They came to attend to a fiber callout not related to my line. Once they were done they left my services down, now I am inconvenienced and at pains to kerp calling telkom to try and get my line restored.

Why can't your technicians verify that all other services are unaffected by the work they did after the call out. Purely unprofessional and being indifferent to the service you are offering
