Poor service openserve must just close

What a waste of a company. evertime my line needs to be installed a issue happens. This way that way and after 2 months still no service. If they dont blame my isp theres a cable somewhere broken. They make appointments dont arraive. Contacting them is a mission alone. Shamefull that a customer must just keep paying or get blacklisted just had it by now.
