Poor service - Openserve

I'm struggling to get Fibre since March. Can a technician come out to the property instead if being lazy and cancel my order???? I am frustrated with poor service from Openserve.

I keep telling the useless technician that I am in the Mani house and I don't have another line in the property. We need someone who can take ownership? Who? Poor and pathetic service from Openserve
