Poor Service - Openserve

I live in Hazendal, and the telcom cables were ****** on the 25th July, todate a lot of the residents in the area either have no wifi or telephone lines. The guys were working on it and assured this will be sorted by the 05/08/2021. It is today, now they tell us that some of the technicians have covid and all in isolation. The cables have been laid, the lines needs to be sync, we are spending an enormous amount on data as we work from home. Surely there should be more technicians that does not have covid that can sort the lines out. This is very frustrating.
