Poor Service from Openserve

Please avoid doing business through Openserve, its been several weeks now that we still waiting for them to come and install an ONT box at our premises!! There is already a fibre line installed they just need to come and activate the line so that we can setup our router given from Afrihost.

How hard can it be for a technical assistant to come out and install a ONT box, this is just poor service!! We've got employees that can't do Quotes , Invoicing as well basic administration work. I will highly recommend to use Metrofibre as an ISP before Openserve. Heinrich. Group CEO.
