POOR SERVICE FROM OPENSERVE

Incredibly POOR service from Open serve. Their technicians placed fibre cables that were "cut" by a competitor. Service request placed on the 15 Jan 2021. Currently have a temporary fibre cable that is placed across my yard. Despite several calls via the ISP, the temp cable has not been fixed. There is no direct contact number or even a person that I can contact directly. Each time I call the ISP , I need to log a request. I have been logging requests since Jan 2021...POOR SERVICE!!!
