Poor Service

I have donwload Openserve app and search my address found it and app**** for fibre recieved the order number 677510. I have been waiting since the for my installation. I have been been inquiring feom the 06/12/23 to date but have been unsuccessful. The only respond I get is your query has been escalated. I have made peace so I have app**** Mweb the 21/12/23 for fibre and received an order and on the 28/12/23 Mweb contacted me informing me they have escalated mt order to Openserve but they don't want to release it because I have already have an order by them. But what astounds me since I have been inquiring they also told me yje the order number that I havr received when app**** on the openserve app not existing but now they inform Mweb I have already have order so now I am very confused. I am spending alot of money for this 4 weeks just to buy data for my kids.I have been asking via email and facebook that someone from Openserve contact me but the only respond your query has been escalated.
