Poor service

A week ago (13 January 2023) Openserve came to install my fibre line and did everything. There were a problem with the connection outside. The technician said he will come and fix the problem the next day or on the 16 January 2023. Both of the days came but no technician came to fix the problem or contacted me regarding the problem. It is a week later and I still have not heard anything nor the problem has been fixed. I think it is very poor service.
