Poor service

I am extremely disappointed in Openserve. I made my order on the 18th of May. On the 2nd of June it was noted as order complete on my app. However, nobody came to my place to do the installation so how on earth can it be completed. This is such a frustrating process and VOX has been trying their best to get me connected but there is just no response or resolution from Openserve. I tried calling and eventually when I get through to a consultant the line mysteriously drops. If it was possible to give Openserve a zero star rating I would.
