Poor Service. Disappointed consumer

My husband and I have been trying to activate a new account with Openserve since February 2023. Its now the 17th of March 2023 and still no installation. We were given a one month trial and we were happy with the Network. The trouble started when we wanted to open an account. My husband was given a list of documents he was supposed to provide and unfortunately did not provide all the documents as instructed. We kept following up and no one told us of the missing proof of residence. The only feedback we received was that they await installation. Its almost two month and still no installation.

What is frustrating was that even after escalation we are told to wait another week. This makes one wonder what kind of aftercare service one will have if there is no service in the sales phase.
