Poor service delivery

Poor Service from openserve through Aitsa. Openserve was scheduled to upgrade a 10 mb/s to 40 mb/s fiber line. They arrived on site (My Home) to change the OTN due to a mix up with the address. they left without resolving the problem as it came about that the the address was wrong again. Openseve phoned me again a week later and asked to come and install the new OTN. they referred again to the wrong address. when i advised them it was wrong they told me they will call me back. the next day my active 10mb/s fiber was switched of without notice. Week 3: i am still without Fiber. They were suppose to install the correct OTN today as arranged earlier this week. they never arrived. :( this is so disappointing. there are no contact details to get hold of them.

I wish someone can assist me in this matter.
