poor service delivery

I am simply disgusted with the service, I have no internet since the 21/03/2021 till current and every time i phone they say they are waiting for a tech to be dispatched, the problem is that i work from home and is creating a huge problem for me. this is a don't care attitude situation for us as customers. I need this to be attended to immediately
