Poor service delivery

Poor delivery from openserve, I have been paying them since day one..and I phoned them telling them about my bank card that it has a problem,can I change banking details, and they gave me a reference number to pay at the retail store.. I have been paying them each and every month for 2 years now they suspended me..my Fibre is off now
