Poor service and installation

The company dont even deserve a rating. They send a installer to my house for installation without confirming the date and time of installation. Luckily one of my family members were at home. I get home the installation is faulty. The setup is all wrong , theres no internet on the router. The router doesnt have a box it came in or paperwork or manual. The installation was done yesterday. I access their chat. All 5 consultants dont know what to do or troubleshoot. I asked to cancel the service. They refuse. This is bad service from the 1st day. Im so confused. What a wow :( Im moving to another network provided. They didnt even try to give the service
