Poor service

Openserve scheduled my installation for my fibre line for today 5/10/21 between 12:00 and 16:00 no one pitched to do the installation did not even phone me to cancel or even make new arrangements for the installation. They can't even tell me when they are going to come to do the installation which to me is really poor service from them.
