Poor Service
A Viber box was installed on the 25/11/23. 1 December 2023 the rooter was connected but did not work. Phone calls and emails later the issue was that the Viber box faulty. Till now nobody contacted me. They do not reply to emails. How do they do business!!!!!!!!

07 Dec 2023, 14:03Another empty promises day. Afrihost is sitting waiting for Openserve. In the WhatsApp I was told that they cannot contact Openserve. What type of customer service is this. Every time they log a new call, they do not read the previous calls or emails. There is for sure not a proper system. But Afrihost is quick this morning to request a rating of an agent that help me or promises me yesterday. How can I rate. Afrihost and Openserve this are the worse customer service ever.
