Poor Service

I have had problems for more than 5 days now with no internet . VOX is my service provider and Openserve is the company the provides fiber to my house. The first problem was that Openserve does not work on weekends so if there is any fiber problems over any weekend you as paying client is STUFFED !!!. Openserve came to my house today to see what the problem could be ( Day 5 ) Al all there technician can tell me is sorry they don't have the correct tools there to fix the problem they where call out for and that they can only come over the coming weekend. I told him this is unexpectable. So they will come tomorrow and see if the can help . The skills and service is so below par it is actually a laughing matter . Please think twice before subscribing to Openserve!!!!!!!
