Poor service

Extremely poor service... when we had the installation done in Nelspruit 18months ago it was poor service delivery and a lot of emails and phone calls and a week later it was done... now on 24/12/2021 we logged a change of address to Pretoria also with the infrastructure in place and to this day not one person have contacted me... Afrihost claims it has been escalated and Openserve will definitely be there the following day and no one has arrived and no one has called... it has now almost been one month with no wifi and nobody even remotely attempting to get the issue resolved !!! Poor poor service and will not recommend any business with these guys and or their partners !
