Poor service

Move to a new house. Dit sent move instruction like they said. But 3 open serve installer cane and every time it's a different story. The last installer came spend hour on his phone whit the bank before he got out his car and introduced him self and said he is her to install the fibre. After about an hour the white box were installed but lost light flashing. Installer said that someone will contact us on Monday. Monday came and no one called them Tuesday and were told it take 72 hours. Still after all the 72 hours that past no one came and if u call it just get escalate and nothing been done about it.
