Poor service

I have app**** now 4 times from 2 different service providers and every time Open Serve cancels my application due to no ports available but on my premises, there is a fiber line already installed that is active I'm a fiber tech myself and tested the fiber and its live but no open serve representative will make the effort to give me a call to confirm what is going on after 4 applications this is poor service
