Poor Service

Good day

I just what to inform all of the poor service received from the call center of this company.

I app**** for a fibre installation on 7 January 2022, after various calls and order numbers received nothing is done.

I received a order number and sms saying that service number is ready for use. What I'm going to use if nothing is installed?
