POOR SERVICE

Poor service, my fiber has been down for 3 days now and I continuously sent emails to them to call me back so I can find out what is the issue and no one has called Me back and they dont even have a contact number on there site were i can call them and waste mt airtym to try and sort out there mess... it's not like they are offering a free service we are paying for fiber... POOR SERVICE
