My fiber got installed the technician was really good

He got my fiber up and running i took the package where you get fiber for 30 days and before they disconnect you they get an isp to contact you... So you would think

I had internet for 10 days all was gr8 then i got disconnected

Emaild them

They cant find my profile They dont know who did the installation This installation that i have is from another home They need my B number "please scan your routers Serial number then you wil get a B Number" Got the B Number - O sorry you must only get a B Number once an isp contacted you The B number is for a diffrent house and not yours
