Poor OpenServe Service

Reported fault for my fixed line. The technician came and recreated the port. I knew the problem would not be fixed. As he left I asked him if it was fixed and he said yes. A few moments later the internet disconnects. So I call them and he returns. Then we argue a bit and he says he fixed it now. I said "how"? He says "ummmm"...

Just too lazy to do his job. He then says he will send the cable guys instead of actually checking the line. What are you paid for?!
