POOR DISTGUSTING SERVICE

I have rellocated to another complex on the 1 december 2020 and Vodacom told me that Openserve will be the fibre company that will be coming to install the fibre to the vodacom router. I had an appointment for the 24th of december 2020 for betweem and 8am and 12 for openserve to come do an installation. Till today no one from openserve has come through. There is no contact number for the installers and Vodacom themselve keep saying they are escallating the matter for urgent installation but till now nothing is happening. My whole family is frustrated and feel so let down by this service provider as there are neighbours that have used openserve without this long delays. i am very dissapointed in Vodacom as well for not making sure their partner openserve gives their clients excellent service. I AM STILL WAITING FOR FIBRE INSTALLATION. OPENSERVE PLEASE PLEASE GUYS THIS IS NOT ON.
