Poor customer service between Openserve and their partner ISPs

How is it possible that Openserve is about to supply service to Mweb and not be able to do it with Axxess??? After waiting for 30 days for Openserve to come and install a fibre line on my premises all we can get from our service provider (Axxess) is that the order is cancelled because Openserve says the property is not fibre ready. Which is funny because in the same week and Openserve team was on the property and had setup poles and cables which now connect one of the tenant on the same property with fibre internet from Mweb!!! How is it that Openserve can make such an installation for Mweb and when it comes to Axxess they claim the property is not fibre ready? The painful process of bouncing back and forth between phone calls just to get some clarifications after waiting an entire month just for a fibre line is ridiculous and these discrepancies in communication between Openserve and their partners are just a clear display of poor customer service!
