Poor Communication with Openserve

After initial fast service, all was not disclosed and the 2nd phase of installation was problematic. Now that the interenet is working fine the billing is a problem. Establishing contact is very difficult, intitially I received response but now I am ignored and funny amounts are deducted from my account. I am trying to change my e-mail address as the old one does not work anymore, to no avail, so I cannot reconcile my account.
